We filtered three options from our portfolio. The standout was a dual-boiler machine featuring a T3 temperature management system and an independent Solid State Relay controlling the heating elements. In a market where many brands from China integrate this function onto the mainboard, this separate SSR module translates to enhanced reliability, easier serviceability, longer lifespan—a decisive factor for our client.
Discussions evolved to potential customizations of other non-core parts such as insulation wrap for the boilers, the motor capacitor etc. With transparency, we explained the timeline and cost impact of each change. Our recommendation was to begin with a prototype of the existing model. Testing real-world performance creates a factual basis for decisions, ensuring any future investment in ODM development is perfectly aligned with both technical requirements and market viability.
